PLP Technologies will provide its customers with Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Executive Management services, with a specific focus on the IT Security market. Its customers include Government Security agencies, manufacturers of high tech security products and other agencies involved with Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.

PLP Technologies will provide Business Development expertise to IT Security companies who are attempting to expand their respective businesses in Canada, both in the public and private sectors. PLP will accomplish this by leveraging its extensive contacts within these sectors and coordinate meetings, presentations and technical briefings, which will introduce its clients to potential Canadian Government and Private Sector organizations.

PLP Technologies will also represent products and services offered by its clients and will provide Sales and Account Management expertise to further grow and expand their businesses. Executive level management will also be provided where necessary. This may include the coordination of senior level meetings with Government or Private Sector clients, financial advice and guidance, contract negotiation and management, developing business strategies and other services as required.

The following Business Development, Executive Management and Sales/Marketing Services will be provided.

  • Production of a detailed market assessment to qualify target customers within Canadian Government Security Agencies and Public Safety/Emergency Preparedness market place.
  • Marketing/Business Development plan will be created to map out strategy to further penetrate these markets. Plan could include a detailed SWOT Analysis.
  • Identification of potential channel partners.
  • Review of potential integrators and Defence Contractors.
  • Review of potential private sector integrators.
  • A sales forecast will be developed to qualify total potential revenue opportunity.
  • Updates in industry trends will be provided quarterly or more frequently as they develop.
  • Business Development/Sales representation at Trade Shows and Conferences if required.

Other “Value Added” Services

  • Introduction to specific clients within the Canadian Government for Corporate Executives.
  • Access to Canadian based “subject matter experts” that will help facilitate product sales and product development efforts to meet specific client requirements.
  • Access to experienced engineering services to assist with product development for “Canadian eyes only” projects, if required.
  • The ability to leverage industry contacts and strategic relationships to ensure the clients’ products are represented in Defence Programs and other Government Security Agency projects.
